Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your Vander bracelets. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund—no questions asked.

How to Make a Return

Simply contact us through the Contact page on our website and include your order number. We’ll provide the return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. If we sent the wrong item or your bracelet arrived damaged or defective, we’ll take care of the return shipping.

Buy One, Get One Free Purchases

For a full refund on a Buy One, Get One Free order, both bracelets must be returned.

If you return only one bracelet, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the promotion. The free bracelet does not have a separate refundable value.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue the approved refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take several additional business days to post the refund to your account.
